University Faculty and Students

For college faculty who are relocating into town for a semester of teaching, or for newly arriving students who want a 9 month lease, we have the perfect package for both faculty and students, whether affordable or upscale is the goal. International and out of state students require more hands-on servicing, as they are new to the area. We work as an extension of the student admissions office for off-campus housing, and with HR for faculty and general staff relocations. A few of the colleges we work with include:
